It is a professional non-governmental organization that aims to develop and sustain Mongolian style human resource management model based on the best international practice, promote rational human resource policy, protect the right of human resource managers and officers, conduct professional level study and analysis at labor market, organize trainings and introduce international human resource expertise to the local business environment.
