Carry out testing to establish gradings, frac suitability, silica content &
suitability for casting & glass
Budget $20k for testing for frac sand & foundry & concrete sand.
Completion in 1 month.
Budget for capex. Possibly about $1.5 to 2.0 m.
Create operations budget.
Negotiate changes to DA with Council
Purchase of plant & equipment within capex. ( Both new & second hand)
Oversee construction.
Hire of personnel for plant operation.
Establish customer base for products.
Sanbar charged at $120.00/hr. + GST + out of pocket expenses.
Sanbar to earn a 10% free carried interest on the basis of the above work&
ongoing supervision of project.
