• Benchmark Power International (BPI) is a Joint stock Company has been incorporated
pursuant to the Corporate Law 159, year 1981, which regulates companies’ registration
under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt
• BPI is engaged in design, construction and management, operation and maintenance of
power plants of different types, including electric power production and distribution,

• Timgad Energy (TE) is a joint-stock Company, incorporated in May of 2007,
according to Law No. 159/1981 and the provisions of the Capital Market
Law No. 95/1992 and its executive regulations. The Company Headquarters

BMC Current Projects
• BMC has secured a Feldspar mine, west of the City of Safaga, Egypt. According to the
tests performed on samples taken, the mine is of top quality feldspar, with a high
potassium concentration of 11.00% in the ore. The estimated recoverable reserve is
about 1 million tons
• BMC commenced extraction activities of feldspar, white sand and quartz, all of which
are earmarked for export
