3. Edward Caliguiri has been in the Search business for over 23 years. Ed is a founding partner at
Rockwood Search Associates where he holds the title of Managing Director and manages the Human
Resources practice. He was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of the search firm The Response
Companies, where he spent 18 years. In addition, Ed was a former Branch Manager for Winston
Staffing. He has successfully built and managed several search practices over the years. Ed is a
Managing Director
graduate of New York University where he attained a B.S. in Marketing and attended St. Johns Human Resources
University Graduate School of Business.
Barry Cohen has been in the Search business for over 25 years. He is a founding partner of
Rockwood Search Associates where he holds the title of Managing Director and manages the
Accounting & Finance division. Prior to founding Rockwood Search Associates, his 17 years at The
Response Companies consisted of running the Accounting and Finance practice where he built the
division to 35 account executives in 6 offices. In addition, Barry was a former Senior Vice President
for Winston Staffing. Prior to joining the staffing industry Barry spent 3 years in Public Accounting.
He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds a B.S. in Accounting. Managing Director

Jeff Kaufman has been an Executive Recruiter specializing in Financial Services for the past 16 years.
Jeff became a partner, as well as a Managing Director at Rockwood Search Associates after
successfully building similar groups for 2 other firms (The Response Companies, 9 years / Execu-
Search, 6 years). Prior to being a recruiter, Jeff has had a diverse career in financial services, including
being a money manager at a hedge fund for 8 years, and then moving on to run global institutional
trading desks at JP Morgan Chase and Prudential Securities. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and
holds a B.S. in Business Management.
