2. Project Background
At 2011 APEC Telecommunications and Information
Ministerial Meeting (TELMIN8), a consensus was reached
about that ICT should be applied to medical services and be
adopted by those who has special needs.
As cloud computing becomes the stage of art in the ICT
development, we addrssed the plan to study the mode of
cloud-based health services and its platform and ancillary
applications at ApecTel 44.
