This document provides descriptions of 10 games and activities: 1) "Around the chairs" is a game where participants walk around chairs set in a circle to music and must find a seat when the music stops, with the one left standing being out. 2) "Bite an apple" has participants try to bite apples hanging from strings on a stick, with the first to succeed winning. 3) "Mummies" involves two participants wrapping a third in toilet paper. 4) "Free chair" has participants changing seats clockwise while one in the middle tries to take the empty chair. 5) "Snowtubing" is sliding down a hill in a snow tunnel using a pontoon. 6

2. „Around the chairs”
Materials:
-Chairs- one more than participants
- Dance music
The chairs backs have to be set to each other.
The participants walk dancing to music around
the chairs. Participants have to sit on the chair
when the music stops. The person for whom
there will be no free chair is out of the game and
takes one chair.

6. “Bite an apple”
Materials:
Description:
We tie some apples to twines and then we
attach the twines to the stick. Participants try to
bite the apples that hang on the twines. The
winner is the person who manages to bite the
apple as the first.

10. “Mummies”
Materials:
Description:
Two participants make mummies by wrapping
the third participant with the toilet paper.

13. “Free chair”
Materials:

Description:
We set the chairs around the room. One chair is
free. Participants sit on other chairs. One person
stands in the middle of the circle. Her/His task is
to sit on the free chair. It is not easy because the
participants change their seats in a clockwise
direction and the chair that has seemed to be
free is quickly occupied.

Materials:
Description:
We set three plastic bottles. Participants have to
fall over the bottles by throwing the ball.

24. “The waiter”
Materials:
•a table tennis bat

Description:
Participants have to walk from one stake to
another one holding a table tennis bat with a
ball on it. The ball cannot fall down.

26. “Ringo”
Materials:
Description:
Participants have to throw a ringo at a stake.
Every participant has three chances.
