Who we are
   Start up AToOmega is an international, intercultural
    and multidisplinary team, created to collaborate in
    educative solutions for the 21 st century, founded by a
    group of students and professionals from different
    countries, culture mainly Europe, brazil, India, at the
    beginning
   AToOmega wants to be an instrument to change and
    improve science and technologic teaching/ learning
    process
   AToOmega wants to be an instrument of making
    education accessible to anywhere around the world,
    nowadays possible through new technologies and web
    environments
Motivation and present problems
   Two Basic related problems
       There is a lack of students in science in High school
        and University and all around the world (Europe, …)
          Need to improve science teaching/learning processes.
          Teachers don’t know and/ or don’t teach applying results
           from science education
          Exam oriented Education system : which hurts the motive
           of learning, and make it pressure rather than fun.
       There is a lack of technologic skills in companies so
        they need to improve training through externalising
        this training service
What is AToOmega
   Our main initial idea for the class startup project
    is to create an online organisation to develop
    educative innovations in a broad sense:
     To offer didactical materials about teaching-learning
      sciences, online and offline, consulting in education
      strategies, consulting in new technologies of
      comunication and information, web environnments
      and designing customized services
     To a lot of topics of interests

     To a lot of segments of customers: individuals and
      companies
What we offer
   Provide Courses and materials designed applying Science
    education knowledge.
   Provide online courses through a large broad of themes
    of interests: in scientific and technologic disciplines,
    engineering, Computer Science, etc.
   Contextualised courses to local and global issues and
    cultural sensibility to local educative problems and needs
   Students can attend course at his own pace and from
    anywhere
   Languages availables(English, French, Spanish, Italian,
    Portuguese, ….)
 Available Ressources online, Forums, blogs etc.,
and formative evaluation with regular assignments,
homework's, quizzes, Final exam, course project,
etc.
Student can utilize the course material after
course completion
Offerings at various Course Level : Beginners,
moderate, advance
Etc.

Who we are  Start up AToOmega is an international, intercultural and multidisplinary team, created to collaborate in educative solutions for the 21 st century, founded by a group of students and professionals from different countries, culture mainly Europe, brazil, India, at the beginning  AToOmega wants to be an instrument to change and improve science and technologic teaching/ learning process  AToOmega wants to be an instrument of making education accessible to anywhere around the world, nowadays possible through new technologies and web environments

Motivation and present problems  Two Basic related problems  There is a lack of students in science in High school and University and all around the world (Europe, …)  Need to improve science teaching/learning processes.  Teachers don’t know and/ or don’t teach applying results from science education  Exam oriented Education system : which hurts the motive of learning, and make it pressure rather than fun.  There is a lack of technologic skills in companies so they need to improve training through externalising this training service

What is AToOmega  Our main initial idea for the class startup project is to create an online organisation to develop educative innovations in a broad sense:  To offer didactical materials about teaching-learning sciences, online and offline, consulting in education strategies, consulting in new technologies of comunication and information, web environnments and designing customized services  To a lot of topics of interests  To a lot of segments of customers: individuals and companies

What we offer  Provide Courses and materials designed applying Science education knowledge.  Provide online courses through a large broad of themes of interests: in scientific and technologic disciplines, engineering, Computer Science, etc.  Contextualised courses to local and global issues and cultural sensibility to local educative problems and needs  Students can attend course at his own pace and from anywhere  Languages availables(English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, ….)
  • 6.  Available Ressources online, Forums, blogs etc., and formative evaluation with regular assignments, homework's, quizzes, Final exam, course project, etc. Student can utilize the course material after course completion Offerings at various Course Level : Beginners, moderate, advance Etc.

Needs and expectatives  Some features of our courses for students:  Motivating with classes more interactive and participative  Topics related to Highschool and scientific disciplines like physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, geology, computing, technology,  As a student, courses to play with simulations by computer of scientific experiments, etc.  Pay by course and free service for individuals for some courses

Needs and expectatives  Some features of our courses for any Teachers: -Introducing activities, didactical units based on web environment, like a complement to the classes -Topics related to improve scientific culture for contemporary world (new technologies, climate change, nuclear power, cloning, etc.) and Other - Architecture -To be able to create an interactive web-environnement to support your classes, to do forums, wikis, ...across a technological platform to design online courses -To be able to create or use computer simulations of scientific experiments for your scientific classes -To be able to create online and innovative examinations, evaluations based on activities of inquiry, webquests, etc. -To take part in forums -to have access to online materials and ressources, textbooks -Pay by course or free for individuals for some courses
