3. 144 Park is a new luxury condo building going up in Waterloo, Ontario at
the corner of Park and Allen in Uptown Waterloo. It has units going over $1
million, making it the most luxurious development in the region.

Waterloo City Staff recommend Proposal for 144 Park Condo be approved:
This seems to be a step in the right direction for the pro-development
crowd in Kitchener Waterloo, despite the concerns of some of the area
residents.

4. This tower, 144 Park, is planned to be built at the corner on Allen and Park
in Waterloo and will be the first condo high rise building in Waterloo with
units priced at over $1 million. The proposed Rapid Transit line will be
nearby, ensuring it’s easy to get around the Region (once the LRT is built
and running), and it’s just down the street from the Bauer Lofts and the
terrific retail and commercial stores there (and a Charcoals Group
restaurant!)
