À propos
Bernard Pierorazio has spent decades working to improve the state of education, particularly for young people in urban areas. He spent nine years as the Superintendent of Yonkers public schools and has served as principal, dean, and professor at various other schools. He always strives for improvement; as Superintendent he got unitary status declared for his district, settling a twenty-year federal case over desegregation, and during his earlier role as principal Saunders Trades and Technical High School, the school was named a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the United States Department of Education. Bernard is always looking for ways to connect and enhance communities.
