• The event is open only to students who have not yet started a venture
• A team can consist of maximum 3 members.
• Teams can consist of members from different institutes as well
• A team can not submit more than one business plan. Also, a member can be
part of only one team.
• This event would clash with Bzzwings: Start-ups and sending entries to both
would lead to elimination of the team.

Pre-Vista Prelims:
ROUND 1
•Participants are required to email a soft copy of their executive summary
as specified in the submission details section.
•The word limit for executive summary is 1500 words
•This is an elimination round and 5 teams will be shortlisted for the finals.
Finals:
•Shortlisted teams will be provided access to a mentor. The mentors will
help the teams in the process of fine-tuning the business plan.
ROUND 2
•The final business plan needs to be submitted by 11:59:59 PM,
September 26, 2012.
•The shortlisted teams would present their plan to an elite panel of judges
during Vista.
•This will be followed by Q&As.

Reimbursement policy
IIM Bangalore
• All participants called to campus for Bzzwings finals shall be reimbursed the
travel fare.
• The reimbursement will be for the shortest route between the traveling
members' institute and Bangalore. Team members are required to present a
copy of their tickets for reimbursements. In case of a flight journey,
reimbursements will be made only on producing original boarding passes.
• Reimbursements will be capped at Rs. 2500 (to and fro) for distance less than
700 km (one way distance) and Rs. 5000 (to and fro) for distance greater than
that. In case the actual fare is less than the above mentioned amount, only
the actual fare as mentioned in the tickets will be reimbursed.
