2. The appointment shall be made on the following terms and conditions.
1. The appointment on contract shall be initially for two years and renewable with mutual consent.
2. House rent recovery on carpet area if the Government quarter is allotted.
3. Tax deducted at source based on slab rate to a maximum of 10%.
4. Health contribution 1% of Gross Pay.
5. Medical facilities and leave travel concession as per Bhutan civil service rules.
6. Gratuity equivalent to one month’s net pay for each completed year of satisfactory service payable on
maturity of contract.
7. The selected candidates shall be required to teach the Royal University of Bhutan’s courses and help in
organizing extra-curricular activities as well.
8. The candidates must be prepared to live in a mountain environment with basic amenities available.
9. Group insurance scheme Rs. 200/- per month.
Gaeddu College of Business Studies is set up in Tala Hydroelectric Project Authority (THPA) Complex at Gedu
by the Royal Government of Bhutan and is a co-educational English medium College under the aegis of Royal
University of Bhutan. The College offers a programme of four year integrated BBA and B.Com in Marketing,
Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Tourism and Management information System and 18 months MBA
in Finance Program . The institute is located near Phuentsholing, Bhutan about 195 KM from the main town of
Siliguri, West Bengal. Interested candidates having MBA/M.Com Degree with 55% marks or an equivalent
grade of B may apply immediately to the Director, Gaeddu College of Business Studies (GCBS), Gedu, Bhutan
with all academic documents and two copies of pass port size photographs.
