     Context sensitive help enables the user for a better understanding and
      usage of the system.

     For the password change of the users. Users are advised to frequently
      change the password in context with better security.
The module is predominantly used by the Administrators for managing
the Users with their Access Roles and Rights. Mapping the users
(Parents) with their Students are done here.

   Functional Access Profile
     Manage the various Access Profile Restriction to the various functions of
      the Application based on the User Roles.

   Data Access Profile
     Manage the various Access Profile Restriction to the certain data of the
      Application based on the User Roles. For maintaining data security.

   User Profile
     Manage the various User Profile of the application. Here the User Roles
      and their Access Profile assigned.
   User Portal
     Here the application users can choose the preferred UI theme and the
      Language for the Application. Also their preferred nickname for the
      display in the Web Page when logged into the Application.

   Online Users
     This enables the Administrator to view the Online Users and also to
      unlock the user in case of improper logout due to unforeseen incidents.

   User Mapping
     This enables the Administrator to map the Parent Login ID to their
      Children (Students) so that they would be able to view their details.

     Various reports are available to the users in the pdf format.

      assigned for it.

Users are advised to frequently change the password in context with better security.
  • 8. The module is predominantly used by the Administrators for managing the Users with their Access Roles and Rights. Mapping the users (Parents) with their Students are done here.  Functional Access Profile  Manage the various Access Profile Restriction to the various functions of the Application based on the User Roles.  Data Access Profile  Manage the various Access Profile Restriction to the certain data of the Application based on the User Roles. For maintaining data security.  User Profile  Manage the various User Profile of the application. Here the User Roles and their Access Profile assigned.
  • 9. User Portal  Here the application users can choose the preferred UI theme and the Language for the Application.
