• Under this style all decision power under the centralized in the leader as
like the Dictator Leader.
• They do not give any kind of suggestions. It is successes if the leader is
competent.
• It permits quick decision making. Every person keep their ideas himself
until he feel that the idea is needed.
• High degree of dependency on the leader.
11. Democratic Style
• The democratic style favors decision making by the group.
• They can win the cooperation of their group motivate them
effectively and positively.

• In free rein style leader dose not lead but leader give the fully freedom to
others.
