Introduction
Businesses today are faced with unrelenting
and often wrenching changes in market forces
that demand highly adaptive approaches to
how a company does business, what it sells,
and how it delivers products and services.
Further pressure is exerted by the need for
businesses to address changes in their
composition and organisational structure
including new dynamics of the workforce that
greatly impact an organisations’ ability to
compete effectively in the marketplace.
Approach
The most successful organisations focus on
change leadership, rather than the more
common expression “change management.”
They lead change in their industries, not
simply deal with it as an inevitable process
that has to be managed. The real change
leaders are those who create a change culture
without an outside force demanding they take
such action. Organisations that permit risk-
taking and promote knowledge sharing on an

Vision, Identify Strategic Initiatives, Establish Operational Activities,
Implement the Metrics/Measures. Using a Balanced Scorecard approach, it
aligns strategy and operational plans, and measures progress. THE

experience in Strategic Business Planning and
Development, Organisational Transformation and
Change Management across the spectrum of
Business, Consulting and Strategic Human
Resources Management.
Bill Richards
Bill has a Masters in Business Administration
from the Australian Graduate School of
Management/University of NSW.
Bill is a business professional with some 30 years
of broad based business, consulting and HR
experience in a variety of industries including
manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, public
utilities, defence sector, transport and logistics,
engineering and construction, civil engineering,
wealth management, medical
devices/biotechnology and interior architecture
and design.
Bill has extensive experience across the full range
of disciplines in business, line management and
