Elizabeth Oswalt, Principal Consultant, Blackbaud
Elizabeth brings a wide variety of nonprofit fundraising and management experience and system expertise to her position at Blackbaud. Elizabeth most recently served as the Director of Alumnae Relations for Converse College. Her nonprofit background also includes various positions at fine arts museums providing her experience with multiple aspects of nonprofit organizations including membership programs, event fundraising, annual giving solicitations, and educational programming.
Elizabeth began her career at Blackbaud as a Software Instructor for The Raiser’s Edge and The Financial Edge where she earned the “Rookie of the Year” distinction for 2006. As a Systems Consultant for The Raiser’s Edge, Elizabeth guided many customers, including one of the top ten charitable education organizations, through developing best practice business processes and implementing a new software solution. As a Project Manager, Elizabeth managed implementation, assessment and migration projects for enterprise customers with The Raiser’s Edge, The Financial Edge, Blackbaud NetCommunity and Blackbaud CRM.

John McManus, Senior Consultant, Blackbaud
John brings over nine years of fundraising and nonprofit administration experience to Blackbaud. In his role as Senior Consultant, John is responsible for leading mid to enterprise-level implementations of The Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud CRM solutions for Blackbaud customers within the Higher Education and Hospitals vertical. He specializes in constituent relationship management, gift processing, annual giving, moves management, stewardship, and events management.
Prior to joining Blackbaud in 2005, John served as Annual Giving Manager at Girl Scouts of the USA where he managed all areas of individual giving for the national organization and served as the project lead for their successful data conversion to The Raiser's Edge 7. John also worked at Pace University as Development Officer for Major Gifts; King and Low- Heywood Thomas School as Director of Annual Giving; and Mount Saint Michael Academy as Assistant Director of Development and Alumni Relations.
