1. Letter of Commitment
Between

[End User SME]
ThisLetterof Commitment setsforthe termsandunderstandingbetween [TechnologicalSME] and [End
User SME] to define their participation inside a Use Case directed to the project BLOCKCHERS:
“Facilitating the revolution of DLT across European SMEs”.
Background
BLOCKCHERSis a CoordinatedandSupportAction (CSA) project co-funded by the European Union. The
project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation
Programme under Grant Agreement No 828840.
BLOCKCHERSoffersSMEs across Europe an incubationprogramme whichincludes:upto€50.000 equity-
free funding, coaching, training, technical infrastructure, and connections with stakeholders.
BLOCKCHERS has been conceived as an acceleration programme in 3 main stages (Immersion,
Implementation andRecognition),inwhichthe selectedSMEswill develop solutions with DLTs for their
validation in end users SMEs use cases. As result of these use cases, recommendations and best
practices will be elaborated for promoting the uptake of DLTs in different sectors.
Purpose and Tasks
ThisLetterof Commitmentisdirectedtoassure the participationof [End User SME] included in the Use
Case send to the BLOCKCHERS project. To this end, both companies will:
 [TechnologicalSME] will develop acustomizedsolutiontailoredtothe needs identified in the sector
represented by [End User SME].
 [End User SME] will provide support to [Technological SME] and will supply it all the information,
data and features needed to the development of the Use Case.
 Once the incubation process starts, [Technological SME] will sign the Sub-Grantee Funding
Agreement with the BLOCKCHERS consortium.
Funding
The participation of [End User SME] in BLOCKCHERS as End-user SME does not entail any disbursement
of funds.
The Coordinator of BLOCKCHERS, will provide funds to [Technological SME] to cover the expenses
related to the Development of the Use Case in each of the stages foreseen in the BLOCKCHERS
Programme.

2. Duration
ThisLetterof Commitment maybe modifiedbymutual consentof the signatories, but any change must
be communicated to BLOCKCHERS Consortium.
ThisLettershall become effectiveuponsignature of the legal representatives from each party, and will
remain in effect until the end of the participation of [Technological SME] inside BLOCKCHERS
Programme.
