Bazaar began with selected clothing for sale Mary began making clothes for the store, but by the time it was too big to manage she had to go wholesale, but did not stop making clothes regardless She began hiring machinists to work for her and by 1966 was working with 18 different manufactures to produce her clothing Store and Mary are credited with the “Chelsea Look” and many iconic pieces of clothing from the British 60s era Bazaar

14. The Mini Mary designed the interior of this car Almost named ‘Mini Quant’ Steering wheel had a daisy and a bonnet badge with “Mary Quant” Black and white striped seats, red seatbelts and red trimming 2000 were released in 1988 on the British market and later into the foreign market as well

16. Today.. Mary is still alive and well. She just turned 77 years old in February. Is in charge of and still head of her fashion companies and oversees foreign overtakes of her lines. She is living without her husband after his passing, but remaining fashionable as ever.
