TECHNICIAN - BUILDING MAINTENANCE
Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Ampang
Responsibilities:
• Assist in general building upkeep and conduct regular maintenance checking for
the common properties
• Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical & plumbing problems with minimum
supervision
• Assist to attend to defects complaints from owners or tenants
• Carry out other maintenance/facility duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in Engineering
(Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Servicing & Maintenance, Plumbing, Fire Fighting System, Air
Conditioner Service Repair.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays as and when required.
• Hardworking, independent, analytical and team worker.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Applicants must be willing to work in JALAN AMPANG.
• Possess own transport.
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) & 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alternate
