• I learned meditation at the age of 19 from an instructor.
Practiced for few years, though could never be regular. By 25, I
had completely quit.
• Finally, I met my teacher at the age of 27. Since then, I haven’t
stopped, though it took me good time. So, keep looking… the
journey is seldom linear…
