It proposes using tools like Skype, RSS feeds, wikis and blogs to give students experience coordinating online. This allows them to learn enculturation and professional practices virtually, at scale. It argues this approach privileges learning tool usage over content delivery. Students must learn to maintain personal organization and commitments online.
