2. In my opinion volcanoes are the worst natural disasters.

3. Volcanoes are able to trigger earthquakes and tsunamis. A 5.1 magnitude earthquake was happened when Mount St. Helens erupted.

4. Eruptions can last not for seconds or minutes but for hours. An example is the eruption of Mount St. Helens which lasted 9 hours.

5. Volcanoes are able to cause a lot of destruction. For example: when Mount St. Helens erupted it killed 5,000 black tailed deer's, 1,500 Roosevelt elks, 200 black bears, and 15 mountain goats.

6. Some people say that it’s no the worst since it can create new land. However the new life that is on the land will perish once the volcano erupts again starting forest fires and other disasters.

7. In conclusion volcanoes are the worst natural disaster because it can destroy a large area killing just about everything around it, it’s able to cause earthquake and tsunamis, and eruptions can last for hours.
