Based in Boca Raton, Brian has
been assisting homebuyers and sell-
ers throughout Palm Beach and
Broward Counties since 2004. As a
South Florida native and the grand-
son of a prominent Miami Beach real estate developer,
Pearl has real estate in his blood. He now runs The Pearl
Antonacci Group with his business partner, Vincenza “Vini”
Antonacci, a well-respected REALTOR®
who has been selling
Boca Raton’s luxury real estate since the 1980s.

tant to us.” While other high-producing top agents in their mar-
ket held other careers prior to real estate, Brian and Vini proud-
ly began their careers with real estate, each at the age of 21.
“With over 50 years combined experience, our clients get the
best of the best,” says Brian. “We wake up every day and get to
live and work in one of the most affluent and sought-after cit-
ies in the country, and for the leading real estate brokerage in the
County,” he says. Lang Realty has led sales in South Palm Beach
County for five consecutive years, exceeding $1 billion in annu-
al sales since 2013.
For many years, Vini has been known for exclusively selling
multi-million dollar homes, Brian explains. Combined, the team
specializes in the coastal communities along Boca Raton, Delray
Beach, Boynton Beach, and Highland Beach, as well as surround-
ing areas throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties. They
list several homes in the $1-4 million range while maintaining a
base of listings and sales of $500,000 to $750,000 homes. Nearly
25% of their transactions are vacation properties or second homes
whose buyers come from all over the world. The majority of their
business comes from past clients and referrals.

skilled buyer’s agents, Patricia Roseboom and Josh Denahan.
When it comes to generating buyers, Brian says the majority of
their marketing efforts happen online. For listings, Brian and
Vini use a combination of online marketing; direct mail; property
brochures; high definition photography with aerials and video
tours; and print marketing to showcase their property listings.
“We use every outlet you can think of and we pay to feature
each listing to ensure it gets the attention it deserves.” Profes-
sional photography accompanies every listing, whether $150,000
or $4 million. “That sets us apart,” says Brian. “We have clients
whose houses sit on the market for six months with another agent
but once we help with staging and professional photography, and
sometimes pricing, they sell.”
While open houses can provide great
lead-generation opportunities, Brian
points out that they are not as effec-
tive with listings in condo buildings
and gated communities. “We market
heavily online and we’re there imme-
diately when someone wants to see a
property.” Their always-there atten-
tiveness keeps clients coming back
to them. “We work hard and go the
extra mile,” says Brian. Between them, they fill every need a
client may have. “We treat people the way they should be treated.”
The balance between their personalities plays out nicely with each
of Brian’s and Vini’s clients, professional partners and transac-
tions. While Vini focuses on the relationships, Brian hones in on
the details. “I love that every deal is different,” he says. “Look-
ing back on the past 11 years and still being in touch with many
clients since the beginning is amazing to me.” Although Vini may
be the relationship expert, Brian’s attention to detail and thorough
approach obviously score him big points with clients.
In the community, Brian and Vini are involved with a local Susan
G. Komen breast cancer fundraising walk and also support the
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. “Our buyer’s agent,
Patricia, recently introduced us to the Alzheimer’s Association,
which is very important to Boca Raton.” In addition, when not
focusing on details, closing deals or helping the community,
Brian works out at the gym and enjoys golf and spending time
with friends. “Vini travels to Italy every year and keeps telling me
I need to vacation more,” he says. “But I’m young and have the
energy, so I enjoy working hard while I can.” In the near term, all
this hard work will include Brian’s efforts to further develop the
brand of The Pearl Antonacci Group with Lang Realty and grow
the team.
