It is a documentation issue. The clinician’s documentation must contains the information necessary to have a very specific Diagnosis. Only then would we be able to produce a specific ICD-10 Code.2- We look at 4 common ICD-10 implementations approaches. These approaches had some advantages and disadvantages. Tread carefully when selecting vendors for your ICD-10 solution. Ask the right questions.3 - T-System’s ICD-10 implementation addresses the clinical documentation requirements for ICD10 specificity. The feedback mechanism make documentating a breeze and ensures maximum revenue for the service provided. The coding report makes it a breeze for coders to use. In the end, it maximizes Patient Care.
