11. Left Brain/Right Brain I’m a Right Brain My thought process can appear quite illogical and confusing. The problem-solving techniques that I use involve free association, which is often very innovative and creative. The routes taken to arrive at my conclusions are completely opposite to what a left-brained person would be accustomed. I’m more right-brained than left-brained. Which means that I’m known as a creative thinker who uses feeling and intuition to gather information. I tend to retain information through the use of images and patterns. I’m able to visualize the "whole" picture first, and then work backwards to put the pieces together to create the "whole" picture.

14. I believe that mistakes are part of life - and should be used as tool for growing. I take pride in minimizing errors but if one should happen - either directly by me or by a staff member under my supervision, I think it is necessary to take immediate responsibility, correct what can be corrected, and if apologies are in order, then by all means do so. Some people believe that owning up to an error is a weakness. I think that viewpoint misses the mark and they’re losing an opportunity for personal and professional growth. Pet Peeve
