o Identity fraud
o Extortion
o False messages, indecent or harassing telephone calls

The Psychology of Cyberbullying.

aggression, depression, impulsivity and substance abuse. They often struggle with narcissism or
psychopathy. These individuals have a low level of empathy for others and may bully people to
increase their own self-worth.
· Sometimes when individuals are the victims of cyberbullying, they become cyberbullies. This can be
because they are looking to gain some control back and may not be able to retaliate in person.
Cyberbullying can also be the result of a broken friendship or relationship of some sort and it may be
driven by revenge of jealously.
