• BricConsulting created Sales2B, it is the best-in-class lead generation designed for B2B. It is dependable and
reliable Relationship Selling using the latest technology and tools to maximize efficiencies and making it the most
effective and lowest priced Lead Generation program on the market.

• Half of most sales and marketing activity is finding and qualifying leads. It requires contacting a large group of
prospects and filtering it down to those who qualify (fit your target market) and who have interest. If your Sales

BricConsulting Case Study – Lead Generation
• Overview:
• Client was an independent consultant who operates 2 Peer advisory groups for business leaders. Groups were
about half full which means that profitability of operating the groups was not being optimized
• Current Situation:
• Finding highly qualified leads is a difficult task. Only 3% of leaders qualify. We were in a medium sized market
which reduced the number of prospects
• Action:
• We created a 3-month digital lead generation campaign. The campaign was monitored closely, and adjustments
made weekly.
• Results:
• We had a great success and created 45 qualified Leads, 3 closes and 1000 future Prospects. The ROI was 16
times. We decided to continue and completed 2 more campaigns and continued great success. We are now on
our 4th campaign
BricConsulting Case Study – Fractional Sales Director
• Overview:
• A marketing services firm with 2 salespeople, who sold two services to clients mostly in North America. The sales
team had little previous sales experience and the owner didn’t have experience managing a sales team.
• Current Situation:
• The team was near 50% of target and the incentive programs didn’t seem to motivate the team to sell more.
Team sold mostly over the phone and through email
• Action:
• I came in as the Sales Director. We commenced sales training, daily huddles, weekly and monthly meetings. We
started target setting and a sales planning strategy by account to increase share of wallet sales first. New
business second. We revised the sales process, created a sales playbook and worked on improving our sales
skills.
• Results:
• After 3 months, sales increased 30% within current accounts. We commenced a wide scale New client campaign
which resulted in about a new client per week. This put the team back on track to reach their targets.

Brian Crew’s twenty plus years of consulting experience is filled with satisfied clients who credit his hands-on,
comprehensive services as integral to the growth and development of their business. This multi-faceted problem
solver collaborates with leaders to provide hands-on solutions to the challenges of growing a business. The most
successful businesses are the ones that can best leverage available resources, and Brian has a proven knack for
deriving optimal outcomes from a company’s finances, technology, and human resources.
After graduating from the University of Waterloo with a BA in Economics, Brian’s career path included
management roles in which he led entrepreneurial growth through brand development, process improvement and
the creation of sales-oriented culture. He pioneered a model for product development based on client needs that
he used to achieve an incredible return on investment that he has since fine-tuned for his clients. His success as
a consultant stems partly from his ability, developed over years of experience, to holistically diagnose the deep-
rooted challenges lying beneath the surface which appear as short-term symptoms or issues, and that his clients
ask him to help resolve.
In addition to conducting his management consultancy, BricConsulting, this energetic entrepreneur is also Owner
and President of Sales2B., a lead generation service using soft relationship building skills in LinkedIn for B2B

Groups were about half full which means that profitability of operating the groups was not being optimized • Current Situation: • Finding highly qualified leads is a difficult task. Only 3% of leaders qualify. We were in a medium sized market which reduced the number of prospects • Action: • We created a 3-month digital lead generation campaign. The campaign was monitored closely, and adjustments made weekly. • Results: • We had a great success and created 45 qualified Leads, 3 closes and 1000 future Prospects. The ROI was 16 times.
