Completely new torque control characteristic
AC80B medium voltage frequency adopts vector control
drive technology. It can perform the excellent torque
control directly with controlling of field current and
torque current in separately after motor auto tuning.
Because the vector control technology can make
inverter adjust the output frequency and voltage
according to the load and real time frequency, so we
can achieved better dynamic performance, large torque
and running smooth under low speed , high precision
control and torque control

Strong anti interference capability

Hoister systems
With the variable frequency technology to updated the hoister
system to achieve constant torque control under full frequency
range( 0 to 50Hz/60Hz) , also can overcome the defects of
traditional AC wound rotor with series resistor speed adjusting
system.
Dynamic braking with resistor solution with cheaper cost and
energy feedback solution with remarkable energy both can be
consider to use for regenerated energy issue.
For the safety consideration, the hydraulic braking system should
be reserved, and integrated with VFD braking function to achieve
better control.
With the PWM control and IGBT rectifying function to realized the
dual direction control for rectifying and energy feedback, the
power factor will be near to 1 and to realized the true four-
quadrant running.

voltage for conveyor belt such as soft start, soft stop, reduce the
mechanical impact in effectively and extend the service life span
With the mast –slave control technology of veichi MV drive, the
output torque and DC bus voltage of mast-slave of drive can be
make the same almost via the output torque control of drive.
The tolerance of output torque of mast- slave will be within ±1%
when the system is running stability.

Oil extraction machine
The law of motion of oil extraction machine will adapt
the oil well change condition with variable frequency
drive to improve the efficiency of system and increase
the production.
The advantage of oil extraction with VFD retrofitting.
1. Increasing the power factor, ( from 0.25 ∽0.5 to
0.9),.
2. Reduce the current of power supply, so it
means reduce the load of grid and
transformer.
3. Speed regulating in dynamic to achieve the
energy saving and increasing production.
4. Reduce the impact for gear box with soft
starting to avoid big mechanical impact and
extend the service lift span of machine.
Counter-rotating fan
Adjusting the speed of fan with AC60 medium voltage
VFD to change the flow of fan to meet the process
requirement and enable to energy saving and process
optimize.
Using the VFD is the best solution for fans application,
because it is not only the stepless speed regulating is
available, but also can achieve the constant flow control
with close loop.
