Founder and Managing Partner of People-Made, a different kind of brand consultancy that focuses on what brands do not what they say. Our work spans strategy, culture and experience, designed to embed and activate brand values through everything the business does. Previous work has spanned both employee and customer domains including brand strategy, brand experience, employee engagement, culture and social enterprise.
