2. Our mission is to help, train and coach 1 million young
entrepreneurs by 2026, where they will learn the
essentials of entrepreneurship and innovation.
We aim to teach a mindset and the essentials of
entrepreneurship in fast, fun and efficient 5-day programs.
In these 5 days, students will do more in five days than
they ever thought possible! They will also learn a mindset
for the future.
For millions of people, entrepreneurship is
just a dream. It is something that others do.
Entrepreneurship and Innovation is the most
reliable route to growth and development,
but it is hard to teach it as students not only
need to learn methods, but also a mindset.
The right solution is local training to build a
mindset and skills working on relevant local
challenges.
We offer a powerful 5-day program that
teaches not only the essential skills but
also the mindset of an entrepreneur.
In the program, students work on real
challenges from real companies being
mentored by local mentors.
This course helps student learn how to
think like entrepreneurs to be better
employees and perhaps entrepreneurs.
Too many programs are built on the "sage on the
stage" approach. We offer a "guide on the side"
with local adaptations. Our program is based on a
proven learning-by-doing approach working on
local challenges, with local mentors.
Mentors are supported by content from leading
MBA programs and tools developed by training
students remotely from 22 countries. Thanks to our
work teaching the course remotely, the content has
been simplified and streamlined.
To make the course available locally local mentors are needed. We have a program to train
mentors together remotely. Like their students, they will learn by doing. They will also
benefit from working with other mentors around the world.
Their learning and the full course is supported by the CYCLES book and toolkit co-authored
by 22 Innovation experts. This content is available on-line and is being continually
improved. Our system linking teaching and centralized tools not only makes the program
easy to scale but also easier to improve over time. Using this process, we will continue to
make the course and tools better and simpler. It will also allow us to keep the cost per
student below €50.

Having built eight successful companies in six different countries, Bryan knows how to grow a business. Five years ago, he started research
on how to best help other companies grow their businesses. Based on research done with over 400 companies and proven methods like
Agile, Six Sigma and Innovation Engineering, he created tools and methods to help companies bring bigger ideas to market faster, while
reducing risks. Based on this work, his lectures at many leading Universities (Chicago, Stanford, Berkeley, KU Leuven, Solvay, EDHEC and
ESCLA) and the support of 24 co-authors, he put these ideas into a new book called CYCLES. CYCLES provides the simplest, scientifically
