3. iPad Student Contract
• I will only use the iPad for work that my teacher assigns.
• I will not search the internet on the iPad unless
I am assigned by my teacher.
• I understand the iPad is a learning tool, not a toy.
• I will handle the iPad with care and carry it with two
hands.
• I will enjoy using the iPad to learn.
I understand that if I am not following the contract I may lose the privilege of
using an iPad in my classroom.
iPad Student Consequences
• 1st inappropriate use- the iPad will be taken away for the remainder of the
day.
• 2nd inappropriate use- the iPad will be taken away for a full week
(example: Tuesday- Tuesday)
• 3rd inappropriate use- the iPad will be taken away for a month and a
meeting must be held with the student, teacher, parent and principal.
• 4th inappropriate use- the iPad will be taken away for the remainder of the
school year.
