SOURCE student athletes are taught by the same coaching staff that has prepared pro
and college players. We work on the six principles of the game and reinforce during our
completions and tournaments. Team , game management & Individual skill training:
Serving – Fore Arm Passing – Setting – Kill or Attack – Floor Defense – Blocking - Team
Training – Setter Skills – Spiking – Serving – Passing – Digging – Team Defense/Offence
SOUCE is powered by SOURCE PERFORMANCE we utilize current sports science research
to lay the foundation for developing athletes. Through understanding the energy system
and movement patterns of each sport, we have created a detailed approach to physical
development. SOURCE Performance creates a competitive environment for athletes to
excel physically and mentally, ultimately reaching their PEAK PERFORMANCE.
SOURCE student athletes play in leagues , tournaments and college showcases of all

coach in the Florida region, Kristen has developed a system of volleyball training to develop the skills

We encourage all student athletes to enrich their own level of personal growth through diverse
experiences, training, nutritional counseling, community involvement and fun activities. We feel it
is important to provide a balanced life for our student athletes.
There is also off-campus training in the outdoors and on the beach with performance training at
Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota, FL. Off-campus field trips with fellow students to local malls, movies,
and outdoor games encourage social skills and interaction. Outside of training and recreational
activities, our students participate in community service, such as working with the Special
Olympics and fundraising events with local organizations.

Our Mission: To make sure every student athlete achieves his goals.
Over the past years, we have had many success stories of players who go on to receive
scholarships and play at outstanding college or universities throughout the country
because of our staff’s unmatched contacts in the world of college volleyball.
Our coaches work tirelessly to promote and market our student athletes to create as
many opportunities as possible to play in college. We will work with each player to
create an individual specific college placement strategy that will maximize their
exposure to college coaches. Our approach to recruiting is efficient and effective.

Student Program
The SOURCE Volleyball Academy post-graduate program is for student-athletes
who need an extra year to become more mentally, physically or academically
prepared for college or university.
This provides a solid platform for incoming graduated seniors to be seen at college
combines, showcases and pro camps.

SOURCE Volleyball hosts summer and holiday camps for potential incoming student
athletes and post grads. These camps bring college coaches and pro scouts from around
the country to see the top talent for future draft choices.
