collegiate coach. It is an evaluation
and educational tool. The athlete will
take a personality profiling test (The
People Code/Color Code) and will
receive basic results to help them
with self-awareness. The Coach is
able to access an athlete’s profile
and based off of their results will
learn the athlete’s core motive in life.
As well as their strengths, limitations,
and needs/wants. We have also
built the Admin console which
will manage all the data of Coach,
athlete, schools and Universities.
