After 15 years working in a range of L&D, BD and consulting roles, throughout AsiaPac I have developed a sound understanding and ability to lead in multi-cultural and diverse environments. I am passionate about leadership, about succeeding and about creating a strong and committed team that is willing to push through to the finish line. I understand that organisations can’t change until their people’s thinking changes and thinking doesn’t change unless the environment supports the change. My approach is to partner with stakeholders to provide the management development needed for them to grow, whether it is training, coaching or consulting. As part of my work developing leadership ca
