ver the last decade, e-learning
has emerged as a revolution
in the educational industry.
With increased proliferance of internet-
based technologies, it has become
almost impossible to learn anything
without using some form of digital
technology. Presently, learning by
default includes some form of digital,
at least digital documents, or online
readings. Thus the general
interpretation of e-learning as
'electronic' learning is insufficient. e-
learning rather stands for engaging,
entertaining, enthusiastic, emotional,
energizing, enjoying, and effective way
of learning.
When it comes to e-learning

across various industry sectors around
the globe such as banking and finance,
fintech, pharmaceutics, manufacturing,

part of the industry with its solutions.
The 3C Approach
The USP of eWyse is its unique
approach towards its clients. The
company has developed a unique
industry-leading approach to e-learning
solution development, called 3C. It
stands for Process Control, Creative
Control, and Financial/Investment
Control.
Ÿ Creative Control: Having control
over the creative process from
beginning can be contradictory,
however, it is one of the most
important elements to consider. It is
especially relevant when deciding
upon which e-learning agency to
partner with. Forming a dynamic
and trustworthy creative team that
includes the company and its
externally-appointed agencies bring
numerous benefits such as
reduction in wasted time, decrease
in stress, and the maintenance of
the company's credibility in the
marketplace.
Ÿ Process Control: Process control
empowers the company during the
entire life cycle of the project. In a
similar way to the element of
creative control, establishing
authority over the development
process is also necessary for a
company to reach its objectives.
13
14. A Result-Driven and Enthusiastic
Leader
Mario Buljan, the Founder and CEO
of eWyse, is contributing to the
company's prowess since its inception.
Mario is certified in delivering several
trainings in sales, leadership skills,
creativity, and innovation as well as
many other personal development
skills. Moreover, he excels in
extent. Numerous advantages of
financial control include no wasted
time, boost in trust between the
company and its partners,
maintenance of internal credibility,
etc.
The 3C approach is a thoroughly
client-centric approach. Each part of
this approach has been tried and tested
to give the best possible experiences to
the clients and is indeed turning out to
be effective for them.
There are several advantages of
process control such as optimized
budget, internal control, alignment
with the L&D process, etc.
Ÿ Financial Control: Keeping
financial control allows a company
to maintain full supervision of its
budget and keep in line with its
fiscal objectives. Especially, the
L&D projects are extremely
difficult to budget. Companies often
experience a frequent feeling of
exasperation when the project guide
price doesn't meet with vague,
ballpark figures. Previously, these
numbers were rarely accompanied
with any level of detail, there was
no breakdown of what was included
and no way companies could
understand the costs if their
requirements were to change.
Financial control has overcome
these issues up to a considerable

15. At the start of his career, he worked for
15 years on a wide range of jobs and
projects through various industries and
fields. His career in education started in
2009 when he started working as a
business trainer. He successfully
worked for seven years as a corporate
trainer and while working there, he
realized the advantages of modern
technology. He noticed that the whole
education world was turning to the
utilization of digital technologies to
increase efficiency in the knowledge
transfer and this was his inspiration
behind founding eWyse. He also

negotiation skills and sales training,
and successfully aids HR managers in
mastering the measurement of success
of the education on the organizations.
The disastrous outbreak of the COVID-
19 pandemic has changed the global
market scenario altogether. Many
things are getting done by working
remotely and education is also not an
exception. With many advantages like
reduction in travelling time, cost
reduction, and easy process, the
obvious growth of the e-learning
industry is expected to speed up. This
has opened up several opportunities for
various solution providers and eWyse
is ready to provide its market-leading
solutions to its customers.
Seamlessly Integrating with Every
Client
Demand for digital solutions in
educational systems is increasing
significantly and it includes all the
areas from the corporate sector over
formal and informal school education
systems to non-profit organizations.
Till the inception of e-learning,
education was considered as a privilege
for wealthier societies in economically
more developed countries. However, e-
learning solutions have enabled
education to reach almost anyone
anywhere and are making a significant
impact on the global society.
Effect of the COVID-19 Pandemic
Thus in the near future, the solution
providers are expected to face
challenges like rapid delivery response
and fast turnaround with high delivery
quality. eWyse has put a lot of effort in
this area. The company has developed
a detailed development process that
enables it to seamlessly integrate with
every client. The company often says,
“We are your remote e-learning
development department,” and this is
the reason why it is regarded as one of
the best rapid e-learning providers.
Outplaying the Challenges
As a solution provider, eWyse has
started the development of a series of
e-learning courses. The company
teaches its clients all they need to know
when e-learning development comes
into place.
The challenges faced by eWyse are
both internal and external. The internal
challenges include matching with the
changing industry trends, serving with
the same high level of quality, and
planning the growth of the company
strategically and tactically. Moreover,
there are some external challenges too.
For example, educating the market
about new technologies, trends, and
potential solutions has become
essential now as organizations know
that they need to embrace new trends
in e-learning, but sometimes they lack
the knowledge and the latest
information.
A PIECE OF ADVICE
When asked about an advice for
students, Mario quoted Henry Ford’s
sentence, “Whether you think you can,
or you think you can't—you're right.”
15
18. Instructor-led training has been one of the areas severally
impacted by Covid-19. For many companies, there has
been a flurry of attempts to catch up on training by the use
of hastily constructed on-line videos, Skype, and Zoom
meetings, and for some — a new interest in migrating to
more sophisticated models of e-learning. What remains to
be determined is if this will lead to a new reality long term.
And one wonders if companies that struggled to cope with
process change will recognize that ability to adapt quickly
is a critical survival skill in the new millennium.
The current pandemic has triggered many changes
in the way that companies do business. The need
for physical distancing, additional safety
procedures, and remote working conditions has challenged
many companies — some to a breaking point.
At a personal level, it has been interesting to see the
divergence in the performance of retail companies. Some
were able to adapt quickly, and adjust to curb-side
customer pickup, reorient staff from shelf-stocking to order
pick, and manage the new process very efficiently. Others
struggled: backlogs increased steeply, and customers —
visibly, vocally, and on social media — expressed
frustration with vendor performance.
One might put it down to differing
sets of problems, but when one
compares three companies in the
same retail space, as I did, during
the past few weeks, you realize it
comes down to attitude,
knowledge, and process
management. The impacted
processes both require and include
training, but they also require an
informed and empowered workforce and management that
is both open to change and also focused on problem-
solving.
What well-structured tutorial e-learning will do is create
consistency and repeatability in the training process. It
helps develop shared attitudes and common vocabulary. It
allows trainees to proceed at their own learning pace. And
it provides a level of training equal to or better than
For Automated Learning Corporation this time has meant
increased interest from companies struggling with these
new models, as well as a marked increase in use by our
regular customers in areas like manufacturing, telecom,
aerospace, healthcare, and government — as they use what
would otherwise be down-time to re-certify employees in
mission-critical areas.
In our early years, our initial focus was on training for
factory floor personnel in electronics industries, but our
solutions quickly found a home in service and repair
companies. Over time, we expanded our initial offerings
in electronics manufacturing to include areas of general
process improvement such as Lean Enterprise, Safety, and
Security.

structured, logically ordered, and very interactive e-

and the transfer of that learning to the employee's
workplace. This approach is useful for a large range of
knowledge and attitude-centered process training. But it is

classroom instruction in about half the time, and often at a
fraction of the cost of instructor-led training. These are not
idle claims but have been well documented consistently
over many years and hundreds of studies.
But most companies and institutions that use such training
effectively also provide “hands-on” training as well, and
after initial training via e-learning often bring in
consultants to take the organization to the next level,
focusing on process improvement and process
documentation. So we work hand in hand with consultants
worldwide who specialize in various topics that are
introduced in our e-learning course.
The combination of our highly structured e-learning with
the expertise and solutions our partners provide offers a
unique opportunity for our clients worldwide. We have
also worked with our partners and our clients to provide
our ESD courses and Lean courses in other languages,
with specific courses available in Mandarin (Simplified
and Traditional), Spanish, French, and Korean.
Additional language adaptations are in the pipe.
The pressures of dealing with training during the pandemic
will hopefully provide an opportunity for companies to
begin to understand the economics of e-learning, and know
how to sift the really good training from the re-treaded
instructor-led training masquerading as e-learning that is
so common today.
Manufacturing managers faced with quality problems and
middle managers trying to streamline processes reduce
lead times and lower inventory costs have an opportunity
to make this a time of change for the better. For some, it
will be critical to survival. Welcome to the new “normal”.

O
ver the years, e-learning has
come out as a revolutionary
concept in the educational
sector. With many countries opting for
different kinds of e-learning courses
globally, this concept has continuously
been growing since its inception.
Furthermore, in the current scenario of
the COVID-19 pandemic, e-learning
has risen as a force to reckon.
Ultimately, the demand of effective e-
learning solution providers has swiftly
increased. Presently, there are many
institutes and firms providing e-
learning to the students around the
globe. However, the concept of e-
learning in companies is still not taken
as seriously as it should be.
Incorporated in 2000, Automated
Learning Corporation has been
promoting e-learning for the corporate
sector. It prominently provides
corporate learning solutions and e-
learning products that improve
performance in the workplace. ALC
provides comprehensive, high quality,
effective, and easy-to-use learning
solutions that deliver improved
performance and business value.
Versatile Solutions across Several
Industries
ALC provides versatile solutions with
high levels of interactivity, careful
attention to adult learning principles
and skilled use of multimedia. Initially,
The company develops criterion-
referenced instruction, following a
rigorous and systematic model. It

takes the middle ground and seeks to
educate for retention and continued
effectiveness. The method is tutorial.
ALC then develops test questions that
are keyed to each objective to
accurately measure the knowledge gain
against the developed criteria. As a
result, a highly structured, logically
ordered, and highly interactive e-
learning course is formed.
Drawings, animations, still images, and
video clips are employed to facilitate
both the learning and the transfer of
that learning to the employee's
workplace.
Educating for Retention and
Continued Effectiveness
Many companies provide these
solutions by using web conferences,
canned webinars, or “talking-head”
videos, while others use the extreme
opposite, opting for performance
support on the job, and man-machine
robotic-task-assists. However, ALC
the company focused on training for
factory personnel in the electronic
industries. However, it soon expanded
its solutions to service and repair
companies. Over the years, in response
to customer demand, the company
added to its initial offerings in ESD
Control, Soldering and Component
Identification—to include the
additional areas of general process
improvement such as Lean Enterprise,
safety, and security.
ALC also broadened its presence in
service industries such as healthcare
and government. Starting primarily
with the telecom sector, the company
has widened its reach to semiconductor
manufacturers, aerospace (including
NASA), military, hospitals and civic
governments. Furthermore, the
company has customized its courses
for individual clients and also
introduced language adaptations in
Chinese, Korean, German, Spanish,
and French for some of its courses.
22
23. A 'Driven' Educator with Avid Experience
Dr. Bob Abell, the President and CEO of ALC is the face behind the
company's success in the field of education. Having worked in
different fields such as design, programming, sales, accounting, and
people management, Bob is using all of his experience to the
company's benefit. Prior to starting his own business in 1981, he
worked in a technical capacity for an online university for 7 years. He
is qualified with a Ph.D. in education and also has a strong interest in
electronics and photography.
Every business confronts numerous challenges. Likewise in e-
learning, many potential customers don't understand the economics
of e-learning. In addition, as e-learning becomes more common,
customers may have trouble filtering good training from the low
quality re-tread of instructor-led training. ALC copes with these
challenges by always focusing on improving the processes in client
Prioritizing Customer Retention and Customer Referrals
For several years, Bob focused on developing technology-based
solutions on a custom basis. However, it became clear that a products
focus—developing essentially generic content of value to a large
number of clients—represented the best opportunity and best value
for user companies. ALC worked with top content experts and shared
a vision, resulting in a suite of enduring products.
Increasing digitization and globalization has resulted
in new training technologies. Moreover, as per the
changing customer needs and market demand, the
existing technologies are also undergoing drastic
changes. These changes are expected to persist over
the upcoming future. Changes to some technologies
like operating systems, learning management
systems, and authoring tools also pose a problem
and force companies to change their approach. ALC
sees this as an opportunity to manage and upgrade
content and is ready to tackle future challenges.
facilities. High levels of customer retention and
customer referrals are the factors that measure ALC's
success. There are several companies that have used
ALC's training continuously for over 15 years and
still come back for additional courses and language
adaptations of existing courses.
Coping with the changing Market Scenario
COVID-19 to accelerate the e-learning Industry
Though e-learning has been a trend in recent years,
the COVID-19 pandemic is expected to accelerate
its growth significantly. The world is facing travel
restrictions and physical distancing has become
mandatory. So cramming thirty employees with a
projector and an instructor into a room is prohibited
in many places. Thus people who would formerly
see little value in e-learning now have to take the
concept seriously. As the technology keeps evolving
and corporate, engineering, and production
managers around the world understand the
comparative economics and value of e-learning, this
industry will continue to expand in the market.

REMOTELEARNING
The COVID-19 outbreak has significantly
impacted the education sector. Almost all
the education institutes around the world
have been closed for a while now. According to
UNESCO, 60.9% of the total enrolled learners
around the globe have been impacted by the
th
COVID-19 outbreak as of 26 July. The pandemic
has also enforced country-wide closures of
educational institutions in 107 countries. Along
with the schools, the higher education institutes are
also facing the jolt.
The transition from in-person to remote learning has
already started. However, the process is not yet
complete. Most faculty members have managed to
establish new routines, while some are still working
out how to teach courses designed for a physical
classroom through online platforms.
24
FUTURE OF LEARNING
25. Apart from the faculty members, students
are also adjusting, as they are expected to
learn as much without a ready social
connection and environment of a
residential and in-person learning. Until
the coronavirus outbreak, online learning
comprised a relatively small share of
higher education. Less than one in five
(18 percent) of US tertiary level students
learned online exclusively as of 2018.
However, the pandemic has come as a
blessing in disguise as far as online
learning is concerned. The first phase in a
shift to online learning has passed. Here
are the necessary actions universities could
take in the next few months to improve
student learning, engagement, and
experience while operating remotely.
Focusing on Access and Equity
The transition from on-campus to remote learning raises issues related to
access and equity. There are immediate logistical challenges of
complementing the basic technology needs of students. Universities can
offer stipends for internet access and laptop rentals or purchases. They can
also provide loaned equipment and procured additional laptops and hot-pots
for the under-resourced students. This may get equipment faster and at an
accessible cost. Moreover, hundreds of internet and telephone service
providers have signed contracts such as FCC Keep Americans Connected
Pledge and are providing benefits such as free hot spots with no data caps to
support distance learning. Universities can work with state and local
providers and agencies to advocate for government support.
Additionally, there are several social, emotional, and human needs that need
to be addressed to help students learn. To resolve this, universities can work
to connect the lower-income students to social service organizations. They
can also provide food service and residential support to those in need.
Moreover, mental health services on campuses have been expanding and
their need for students, faculty, and staff could also grow–given the anxiety
and distress caused by COVID-19.
To combat with this, universities are starting outreach, including video
options for mental health professionals, partnerships with tele-health and
tele-counselling providers and access to online mindfulness classes and
applications. Furthermore, students with learning disabilities or accessibility
needs require specific attention. Universities should prioritize to design
specific approaches to suit each need.
Supporting the Faculty
Furthermore, universities can set up a structure so that faculty can get
regular feedback on their remote teaching. Student surveys can be effective
as they give information on how students are responding and the scope for
improvement. Apart from this, universities can use summer months to train
faculty and refine courses for an online format. They can consider
conducting remote-learning boot camps and hiring more online curriculum
designers. Additionally, they can use the free time during vacations to
explore and test new technologies to meet specialized needs.
Most teachers around the world are working hard to teach their students.
Institutions can help them in many ways. Many institutions have centers that
offer support to faculty in their teaching, which should be started as much as
possible around the world. They can also use social media and online
forums so that the faculty can share the best practices. Highlighting and
explaining successful remote-teaching ideas during the faculty meetings can
bring a sense of affinity among them, which in turn can cultivate a culture of
sharing and improvement. Thus, institutions that cultivate a culture of
improvement can benefit both their students as well as faculty members.
25
26. Furthermore, to keep organizations going, university leaders could consult student
leaders to agree on common goals and priorities and to discuss what needs to
happen in terms of technology access, learning, and engagement. For instance,
universities could work with students and use university resources to offer a hub of
volunteers looking to help with the crisis. Another advantage of remote learning is
the ability to invite guests from anywhere around the world. It will not be possible
to put on a full theatre production, but virtual play readings are certainly possible.
Colleges and universities are rich in human talent regardless of being big or small,
public or private. For them, it is important to empower and redeploy this talent to
address the most critical needs. Universities can identify and activate tech-savvy
students and staff to coach faculty and other students to use online tools. For
example, at Pennsylvania's Muhlenberg College, eight digital learning
assistants—students with expertise in digital technologies and practices—are
holding remote-drop in hours for four hours a day. They are also supporting other
members of the digital learning team, including designers and librarians. Another
Moving the Quad Online
For many students, the value of higher education comes through the academic
coursework as well as the vibrancy of campus life, from late-night conversations,
to interactions in the dining hall, and many such incidents. Universities can think
about how to use existing tools to move in-person gatherings online and open up
spaces for discussions, events, wellness classes, and other interests.
Activating Stakeholders
way is to ask alumni and community
members to provide remote
mentorship and coaching to support
students with remote learning, virtual
internships, and career discussion.
Investing in Cybersecurity
With the increasing efforts towards
online learning, the cybersecurity
threats are also significantly
increasing. Universities have already
suffered cyberattacks where
unwelcome users have disrupted
classes. They can prevent such
problems by ensuring their
cybersecurity teams are up to the
task, closing the gaps that attackers
can exploit, and making investments
required to ensure security and data
privacy while enabling teaching and
learning to go on.
Areas for effective monitoring
include remote learning platforms
and collaboration tools, monitoring
networks for malware, and
monitoring student and faculty
endpoints to catch data-related
incidents before they become serious
problems. The security and
technology risk teams can take some
actions to support online learning,
such as securing the tools used for
teaching and learning, building a
resilient faculty and student body,
and adapting how the university
works, teaches, and secures its
learning capabilities.
To conclude, the transformation to
remote learning may seem forced and
abrupt, however, it can provide
institutions with an opportunity to
experiment and innovate. These new
approaches and practices have the
potential to bring about positive
changes to the education system.

get the right pricing with the correct perceived value and
simultaneously maintaining high margins.

A Passionate Leader Promoting Education
“I think the eLearning solution providers need to look beyond
traditional approaches and focus more on the learner, not just in
terms of cognitive ability and proficiency but also in terms of learning
preferences, personality, and emotions,” says Vivek Agarwal, Co-
Founder, and CEO of Liqvid. Vivek has completed his Majors in

He is an active participant in the entrepreneurship eco-system and has
been a visiting faculty at several Management Institutes. Vivek started
a venture called eGuruCool in 1998 that was a pioneer in the field of
e-learning in India. After a successful journey with eGurucool, he
established Liqvid in 2002 that focused on bringing innovative
learning solutions to corporate and large enterprises. Ever passionate
about education, he added another feather in Liqvid's cap with the

Liqvid is launching world's 1st Language learning
AI-based product called Vocabulary Builder, which
will help the learners who are training for
competitive English language exams like IELTS,
TOFEL, GRE etc. to learn in a better way. The
solution is based on the research done by Hermann
Ebbinghaus in the late 19th and early 20th century.
Breaking from the philosophical paradigms, he
demonstrated how the law of frequency functioned
instead of hypothesizing about it. He created
psychology's first learning curve and retention curve
through extensive experiments on 'nonsense
materials'. One of his key finding was that the rate of
forgetting is very fast initially following a learning
experience and very slow thereafter. This curve is
also impacted by factors like 'meaningfulness', etc.

The opportunities are growing manifold but so is the
risk. You can improve your chances through
commitment, hard work, and persistence.”
Ÿ Using the basics of “reinforcement” learning, the
words are presented to the learner using a linear
programming based recommendation engine
which ensures words presented to the user for

Ÿ Uses AI/Machine Learning to significantly

The pandemic has not just
impacted businesses but also
the education sector. Due to
the COVID19 crisis, all the schools
across the world have been closed
resulting in more than 1.2 billion
children being out of the classroom.
Consequently, education has changed
dramatically with the distinctive rise
of e-learning whereby teaching is
undertaken remotely and on digital
platforms. People are coming around
the idea of e-learning as research
suggests that online learning has been
shown to increase retention
information. With the advancement of
technology and the LMS platform, e-
learning has become more effective
than the traditional classrooms. People
have started utilizing animation as an
element to enhance the learning
experience.
Animated videos are also gaining
popularity in the corporate sector.
Most corporates are using these videos
to improve their brands and
companies' marketing. “The human

multinational and large corporates to startups, to individuals.
Besides, Mystery Monks has a healthy amount of repeat orders from
its customer.
The pandemic has vastly affected the education sector but the
education providers are striving to provide uninterrupted teaching.
Nevertheless, if the lockdown and the education downturn
continues, there would arise a real, pressing need for the innovators
to come up with technologies that would help countries such as
India, learn remotely—especially in the most remote and vulnerable
regions. For more than 2 centuries nothing much has changed in the

education sector, thus this crisis can be a wakeup
call that there needs to be an alternative. Instead of
waiting for a solution, innovators need to reconvene
and re-engineer the education sector in order to
make it beneficial for all the stakeholders.
Currently, due to the COVID-19 crisis, e-learning is
gaining popularity amongst rural educators too.
Aditya anticipates that the expensive educational
institutions will be a thing of the past and due to e-
learning, students will have access to high-quality
education at a fraction of the cost while sitting at
home. The crisis has also released opportunities for
kids in rural areas. It is known that kids in rural
areas did not have access to quality education.
Especially in India, villages were deprived of the
best educators but by introducing e-learning, these
children too can gain access to top courses from the
world from the comfort of their homes.
Presently, COVID-19 has allowed taking a trial to
learn online. E-learning was not considered
effective by many before the pandemic, however;
the lockdown has resulted in people appreciating
online education.
“E-learning is effective and you'll enjoy this more
than your classroom lessons but don't forget to go
out, take breaks and socialize. Especially, once the
COVID-19 is over,” concludes Aditya.

The deadly outbreak of COVID-19 might have had a

CORONAVIRUS
ONEDUCATION decided to cancel or delay required

2. Emerging Obstacles for Staff and
Students
Another factor causing delay is
embracing of new teaching style by
staff and teachers through online
education platforms. This involves
learning how to use online resources,
finding out how to adapt hands-on
learning materials or discussion-
oriented courses to the digital
platforms, and potentially modifying
the whole learning program oriented on
being unable to move it to an online
platform.
As college and university staff learn
how to turn their lessons into online
channels, both students and staff are
learning how to manage remote
learning and communication.
Technology has already played a
significant role in enhancing education
quality. However, the forced shift from
the classroom model to an online
learning model has caused many
people to struggle with technological
difficulties. At the same time, they have
to cope up with the new challenges of
studying at home as well as learning
how to create a productive schedule

challenges are brought forth by it,
along with existing ones. The only viable
solution to prevent the spread of this
deadly virus is to implement social-

implement social-distancing, countries
across the world have placed lockdown
leading to the near-total closures of
schools, universities, and colleges along
with businesses. As a result, numerous
issues affecting access to education, as well
as broader socio-economic issues emerged.
These issues need to be addressed by
governments as soon as possible.
Many education institutes adopted various
technologies and tools to deliver quality
education to everyone. However, the result
is not up to the mark. Despite the use of
distance learning programs and open
educational applications and online
learning platforms, not every student is
receiving education because of their
financial condition and the digital divide.
The impact of coronavirus is further
causing adverse consequences on students'
development (personal and learning). Let's
take a look at how the education ecosystem
is being impacted so far:
Emerged Challenges Due To Impact of
Coronavirus
1. Different Causes behind Delays
40
EMERGERING OPPORTUNITIES
41. incoming is low. Due to coronavirus pandemic, countless
children are left without regular meals with schools canceled,
and parents are forced to take off work to care for their young
children. While many schools continue online, many students
have no access to computers or the internet at home. Most
students would be forced to miss out on their education without
the appropriate equipment before more options can be
arranged.
4. Concentration Difficulties for Every Student
Younger students and children with ADHD or other special
needs find it hard to concentrate on online educational tools on
full capacity. Young kids need in-person guidance assistance
and can find it challenging to focus on a screen in a traditional
frontal class. Students with special needs, who often rely on in-
person teaching, can find moving to online platforms especially
hard. These challenges may require a more nuanced approach
to online learning or may require parents' extra support as these
students move through a new educational paradigm.
Other Opportunities for Receiving Education
1. Online Learning Platforms
As previously mentioned, many colleges and universities are
adopting online education platforms to conduct their regular
classes. This includes the use of online tools, such as group
video programs, that allow teachers and students to meet and
conduct classes over the internet.
Another way for students to pursue their studies is through
distance education, which uses online programs that substitute
teachers with instructional content that students learn alone. For
example, Online learning will be online lectures or videos that
students use at their own time, as opposed to meeting teachers
and other students' live.
Because of the pandemic, and the disruption of regular
education, several online educational sites have been
advertising-free courses for stuck at home students
around the world. Companies like Scholastic and
Coursera promote free online courses to allow students
to continue learning at home, and websites like
UNESCO and Openculture create lists of free online
courses and tools for anyone wanting to learn at home.
Conclusion:
The world is changing and will continue to do so in the
future. At the moment, the world needs an effective
educational practice for building young minds.
Governments across the globe need to take some
initiatives to ensure the delivery of quality education to
every child. But, limiting the spread of coronavirus is
also very important. So till then stay safe, stay at home!
2. Free Online Courses
3. Parental Care
With young children returning from school at home and
upsetting their daily routines, parents need to make
plans for children who would usually be in school. They
need to help younger children manage the school on the
internet and with online lessons and other necessary
areas. With the aid of power supply, teachers' and
students' digital skills, internet access, digital learning,
high and low technology solutions, etc., need to be
explored.
