- 2. In my town • The site of the Villa Romana de Torre Eagle, in the town of Barbaño (Badajoz), is one of the best examples of Roman rural settlement in the fertile Vegas Bajas del Guadiana.
- 3. In Mérida • This archaeological site is declared World Heritage by UNESCO. Its monuments include the Roman theater which each year becomes the scene of the International Classical Theatre Festival town.

We could summarize the origin of the city of Cáceres, confirming, following investigations developed from the discovery of Roman archaeological site under the Mayoralgo Palace in 2001, his Roman authorship.
