TURBINE INLET AIR CHILLING (TIAC)
Turbine Inlet Air Chilling (TIAC) is a power enhancement
system that is applied to a gas turbine to enhance
the power output, efficiency and operational flexibility
of power plants. Power plant owners and operators
integrate TIAC into their power plants to realize the

CENTRAL UTILITY PLANTS
Central Utility Plants are modular energy solutions that can be configured to meet a range of needs, including chilled
water, hot water, steam, electricity or other utilities. While providing the same functionality as traditional utility
plants, modular design offers many benefits, including:

With an international team of direct-employed architects,
engineers (of all disciplines, including process engineers),
construction professionals, refrigeration specialists and
operations and maintenance engineers, we can supply the
industry’s highest level of in-house, self-performed work.
FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS
We conduct engineering studies to assess the technical and economic viability
of energy projects, working to identify the proposed project’s strengths and
weaknesses, opportunities and threats, resources required, and ultimately, the

We are an engineering-driven company with world-class engineering capabilities,
and we understand each project and client is unique. Our in-house registered
professional engineers span every discipline, including process, mechanical,
electrical, structural, civil and more so we can approach projects from all angles to

FABRICATION & INSTALLATION
Stellar Energy has spent 20 years designing, fabricating and installing modular
utility plants. We build these plants in our own fabrication facility in Jacksonville,
Florida, or through our trusted network of fabrication facilities around the world.
START-UP & COMMISSIONING
Start-up and commissioning activities directly influence the ultimate success of an
entire project. We begin the start-up and commissioning process during the design
phase, considering future start and commissioning activities early on.
OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Once a facility is built, our in-house team can provide turnkey delivery of all opera-
tions and maintenance (O&M) services, providing our clients a one-stop shopping
experience. After designing, building, testing and commissioning a facility, the
team has developed an unrivaled understanding and knowledge of that facility that
we can then apply to its O&M.

free of inclement weather challenges, modular construction allows for
faster delivery times, cost savings and better quality control. Our modular
solutions are based on a phased approach that enables clients to spend
only what they need now, delaying future capital expenditures until they are
actually required.
Customized Solutions
We maintain more than 50 modular plant design templates that can serve
loads from 300 tons of refrigeration (TR) to over 50,000 TR. While modular
construction aims to streamline projects and save costs through standard
designs and processes, we understand that every client and each project is
unique. That’s why we configure our utility modules to meet the exact needs
of the facility or system the plant is serving, including architectural design
specifications for aesthetic requirements.
