40% of the population at Falstaff is aged 0 – 12. Kids that grow up in a healthy environment will be happy, and make the community a better place to live and grow for the next group of children. Transforming the Falstaff community into a safe and healthy environment, for children, will encourage the community, of any age, to feel young. By playing and interacting with each other and creating a more sustainable place to live the community will come together and take ownership of their own spaces. Play is ageless and by investing in it, Falstaff will create a feeling of freedom, safety and growth that will resound throughout the entire community.
Stage 1 – windows in the hallways, extend the stairwells to the exterior of the building, creating larger landings Stage 4 – street furniture & small soccer fields Talk about affordability, then when the next phase becomes affordable it will be implemented
