This is another option for an Overview slides using transitions.
Within Outlook Go to the file Menu then select Manage Rules and Alerts.
Click the New Rule button then
Start from a Blank Rule and apply the rule to messages as they are received.
Leave this rule blank.
Select Assign it to a category.
Create a new Category and give it the name “You may have been BCC’d.”The reason why we say “may” instead of “have” here is because there is no way within an Outlook incoming message to be absolutely sure that the user’s email address was actually within the BCC field.
When visible in the Rule details, click Next.
Within the Exceptions section select:Except if my name is in the To or CC boxExcept if sent to people or public group. Then click the People or public group link.
Find and select the appropriate group or people. When all are in place, click OK.
Click Next
Review your rule, Give it a name, then click Finish.
This is a client-only rule which means it can only run on the computer where it was created and only while outlook is running.
The next portion of our mission was to change the color of the email when listed within the Outlook In box.
Underneath the View tab within your main Outlook window there is a View Settings link.
The advanced view settings appear. Click Conditional Formatting.
Click the Add button to add a new formatting setting. Give it a name then Click Font.
Here is where you can have a little fun!Select the override font and color, then click OK.
Next it is time to set the conditions. Click the Condition button.
The Condition dialog has three tabs. Click the Advanced Tab, then select the field to set conditions.
Select the to and CC fields individually then set the condition doesn’t contain and your Outlook name. Note, it must be exact! Then click OK, OK then OK one last time. This commits the rule to Outlook.
