INTRODUCTION TO LEADERSHIP:  ASSESSMENTS Practical Guidance draw conclusions and suggest solutions.  Level of maturity displayed: candidate will  factual and theoretical knowledge of a range of ideas and practices  Level of understanding: learners will show  take responsibility for a range of tasks and, where appropriate, for the work of others.  Level of participation: learners will  Non-directive supervision — the learners will take responsibility for their own learning but the tutor may explain and interpret if requested. Task 1 Find out information about leadership. Gather information on leadership (ie principles, styles, skills and qualities) from a variety of sources. Interpret and adapt the information gathered. Produce a report on leadership based on the information you have gathered. INTRODUCTION TO LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENTS
