As a math and ICT teacher,for many years ICT manager, and educational researcher, I try to combine the best of both the practical world of education, and the world of research. I believe that practice reinforces theory and theory reinforces practice. By having experience and knowledge on both sides of the medal I think I provide a unique approach to math education and its development. Apart from the educational and research side, also the management and political side suits me well.
