Kukuwa is a low impact/high energy choreographed workout designed to
target your cardiovascular system, improve your fitness level and pump
fun through your veins. It is open to participants at all fitness levels. You
can burn up to 970 fat calories in a 60 minute Kukuwa class.

            An Introductory Class will be offered on
 Monday, Sept. 7 th LABOR DAY @ 8:30 am by Erica
