– Discuss the differences between live, in-person
presentations, and virtual presentations
– List tips to create dynamic presentations.
– Identify interactive tools and techniques to engage
participants.
– Explore how to follow up and survey participants.
– Identify when to use different types of meetings and
online learning approaches

• Dynamic - Always active or changing,
Having or showing a lot of energy, relating
to motion or physical force
• Be prepared, practice, rehearse
• Have an agenda – before the meeting!
• Have a partner/ producers
• Pre-populate polls and other items

• Take advantage of the attendance list cal on people by
name
• Using polling devices only if the answer/results are
going to be used
• Establish virtual meeting spaces for group
collaboration
• Do look into the camera if your are using video
• Start early. Be the first on the call and greet everyone
by name
• Recognize as many participants as possible
