The framework must include three elements:
I. RPA Center of Excellence
1. An enterprise robotics council to scope out and spearhead the
program, and set targets for tracking execution efficiency and
outcomes.
2. Business unit governance council for prioritizing RPA projects across
departments and business units.
3. RPA technical council for designing standards, formulating working
principles and guidelines, and compiling best practices.
