El Club Deportivo Elemental CORREMILLAS convoca a una Asamblea General Extraordinaria el 2 de febrero de 2023 para notificar a los socios sobre la remodelación de la junta directiva debido a la renuncia del presidente actual y someter la nueva junta directiva a la aprobación de los socios presentes.

ASAMBLEA GENERAL EXTRAORDINARIA
Se convoca a l@s soci@s del Club Deportivo Elemental CORREMILLAS a
participar en la Asamblea General Extraordinaria que tendrá lugar el JUEVES
día 2 de febrero de 2023 a las 19:30 horas en la 3ª planta del Ayuntamiento
de Comillas.
La Asamblea se celebrará en primera y segunda convocatoria y se tratará un
único punto en el ORDEN DEL DÍA:
 Notificación a los socios de la remodelación de la actual
junta directiva, con expresión de los movimientos que se
generarán en la misma motivados por la renuncia a su
cargo del actual presidente.
Tras la exposición se someterá al visto bueno de los presentes.
Tod@ soci@ que no pueda concurrir y desee delegar sus posibles votos y/o
propuesta en otra persona asociada, deberá ceder a esta una fotocopia de su
carné del club para facilitarlo a la Junta Directiva antes de proceder a las
votaciones.
El voto de la persona apoderada a partir de ese momento, se contará doble.
Aquellos socios que no concurran y no deleguen su voto, se entenderá que
están de acuerdo con la decisión de reorganización de la junta directiva.
