10 months - present Help the project ramping up by designing video editing and broadcasting
Paris - 2010 workflow, designing and managing client’s webTV sites, finding innovative ways

Designed and developed an intranet tool that eventually evolved into a daily
reference for both producers and engineers: it could ingest producers crew
sheets, evaluate their resources needs and anticipate crunch time.
Pipeline Auditor: Audited the Framestore Animation production pipeline and
workflow from top to bottom and made a comprehensive report on what has
been put in place for Framestore’s first animation feature film the Tale of
Despereaux. Audited the VFX production pipeline the same way.
Helped Pipeline, Systems and Data Ops to consider what should be improved.
