SMS customization options
   Service can be deployed on short code or long code
       Recommend short code to generate VAS revenue


   Service can be provisioned on desired keyword

   SMS subscription options
       Users get ALL polls, trivias, shouts
       Users get polls, trivias, shouts from a specific category
       Users get polls, trivias, shouts from a specific channel
SMS flow
1.       User sends a keyword to short code
          Example: HYS to 53776

                                                                 below to subscribe to:
2.       User receives a SMS Page (optional)
                                                                 1: Category 1
          Not required if you want user to get ALL content      2: Category 2

3.       User replies with menu option(s)                      Reply




4.       When poll, trivia, shout content is created via an online form by community
         administrator, subscribed user receives a SMS
          All content (and responses/comments) are posted online. Content can also be pushed
           to clients’ Twitter account(s).


5.       User can respond or comment (instructions are provided with each SMS) to poll,
         trivia, shout to win points
