身心障礙學生-嚴重情緒障礙


(一)特性:長期情緒或行為反應顯著異常,嚴重影響生活適應者;其障礙並
非因智能、  感官或健康等因素直接造成之結果。 情緒障礙之症狀包括精神性疾患、
情感性疾患、  畏懼性疾患、 焦慮性疾患、注意力缺陷過動症、或有其他持續性之情
緒或行為問題者。嚴重情緒障礙之鑑定標準如下:
111 行為或情緒顯著異於其同年齡或社會文化之常態者,得參考精神科醫師之
診斷認定之。
211 除學校外,至少在其他一個情境中顯現適應困難者。
311 在學業、社會、人際、生活等適應有顯著困難,且經評估後確定一般教育所提
供之輔導無顯著成效者。


(二)支持需求
111 情緒障礙涵蓋層面與程度甚廣且深,建議應安排專業評估與尋求協助,如
心智科、精神科、輔導中心,必要時督促醫藥使用和安排心理治療介入為宜。
211 平日則可關心並確認就醫情形,提醒定期用藥和回診治療。
311 學生有問題時不要一下子就責備他,瞭解是否受到藥物影響。
411 協助建立規律的生活作息,提醒他從事適當的運動。
511 不要直接就否認他的想法,逐步澄清缺乏根據的想法。多包容、鼓勵、給予適
當充分的時間,請老師或家長協助做重大決定。
611 遇到困難或挫折時,引導學生將壓力事件做分段處理,釐清短期目標、確定
可行方法。
711 傾聽並瞭解引發情緒不穩之情境及事物,並適當地安撫其情緒。
811 請多包容和諒解,協助他覺察自己的情緒狀態,並引導他適當的情緒表達。
