an “owner’s”contractor
We view ourselves as an “owner’s contractor” - an outgrowth of
our founding 51 years ago as the construction arm of a major
Northeast developer. While 100% of our work today is for
third-party clients, we haven’t lost the training and philosophy
gained in those early years. We still view each project as if it were
our own, and work hard to ensure that every project lives up to
and exceeds the owner’s expectations. This “owner’s”
philosophy is the most significant source for our great success
and growth over the past twenty years - from a $25 million in
annual volume company to a $300 million company today.
Engineering News Record, one of the industry’s most respected
publications, ranks us among the Nation’s Top 400 Contractors.
