Charles Perez has come a long way since his television appearance on the first season of MTV's reality show, The Real World. After graduating from Florida State University with a bachelor of arts in communications and public relations, Charles Perez began his successful career in television. After hosting his own talk show, The Charles Perez Show, on social issues from 1994 to 1996, the TV personality became a news anchor and reporter for news channels across the country. He covered news as a co-host for the King World syndicated television magazine, American Journal, reported for KCAL Channel 9 in Los Angeles, California, and worked as an anchor, most recently for WPLG in Miami, Florida.
