State and develop two of the main economic proposals of Santos and Mockus<br />Santos: It will not raise the rates of the existing taxes and neither it was creating new taxes for the Colombians. On the other hand, it promises to improve the system of collection.<br />Mockus: In the frame of the fiscal deficit through that public finance lives, it raises the creation of new taxes and the increase of the rates in the tax to the revenue and in the VAT.<br />Santos: The creation of 3 million working places in his 4 years of government, for it was employed at the recovery of the field, housing of social interest, strengthening of the foreign direct investment (IED) and infrastructure.<br />Mockus: He wants to restore the commercial relations with Venezuela and Ecuador, to recover in the short term, 150 thousand positions of works that got lost, when the above mentioned countries decided to close his borders with Colombia. Mockus reaches to the infrastructure and to the construction of housing to generate employment, but his principal goal is to strengthen the education.<br />2. State and develop two of the main social proposals of each candidate, meaning education, health and housing<br />Santos:There will be generated warning tracers that will demonstrate the advances:<br /> a. Of quality of the service in terms of facility of access. <br />Santos: To increase over 95 % the coverage in vaccination.<br />Mockus: Create centers of attention of health in the “Veredas” and rural zones to convert the farmers.<br />Mockus: Private the entires that lends the health. <br />4.Compare and look the differences <br />Santos wants the prevention and social security.<br />Mockus Say is much better high the people that lends the service but without prevention capaign. <br />5. Should you have the opportunity to vote for either, for whom would you vote<br />I would vote for Santos. <br />6. State three reasons to give a backing to your answer<br />1. Because is going to continue the democratic security. <br />2.Is going to create more work.<br />3. He’s going to help more the agropecuarian people. <br />
